Waiver, Release of Liability & Indemnity Agreement

By signing up as a member, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Waiver and Release of Liability and that I fully understand its contents, and realize that it will bind me, my heirs, members of my family, and my personal representatives. I agree to all the following:

(1) If I am registering for a participant under the age of 18, I certify that I am a parent or a legal guardian of the participant and am signing this Waiver and Release of Liability on his or her behalf.

(2) I, the undersigned, as a voluntary participant of the activity organized by Boston Chinese Photography Association (hereafter “BCPA”), acknowledge and appreciate that certain risks and dangers exist which are inherent in indoor and outdoor activities, and hereby voluntarily assume all risks of injury to person and property incident to the BCPA organized activity.

(3) I further recognize that BCPA assumes no responsibility for the actions of individual participants of the BCPA organized activity. IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to participate in the BCPA organized activity, I hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages against BCPA and its agents for any and all injuries which may arise out of or in connection with my participation in the BCPA organized activity.

(4) I also hereby authorize BCPA and its agents to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention and hereby waive and release them from any liability from injuries incurred as stated above.

(5) I release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue The BCPA, and all its respective agents, affiliates, associates, officers, directors (collectively “Releasees”) from demands, losses, or damages on account of any bodily injury, death or property damage caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by Releasees or any other party’s actions, inactions, or otherwise. I also agree to indemnify Releasees from any and all third-party claims caused in whole or in part by my actions.

I have read the above Waiver, Release, and Indemnity Agreement and understand that by signing up as a member, I have given up substantial rights, and this agreement shall have continuous force and effect.

Step 5: 新會員接受邀請加入BCPA微信群後，請在該群使用真名，真名前加會員號。請在BCPA微信群，簡單介紹一下自己: 名字，家住城市，使用器材，喜歡哪類攝影, 誰是你入群介紹人等等，再發幾張你的作品。

微信群及網站須知:
(1) 嚴禁討論和發放違反美國和中國法律的言論和照片，嚴禁惡意攻擊他人、其它組織和國家的言論和照片，嚴禁在群裏傳播種族歧視、性別歧視、文化優越等刻薄不當言論。BCPA群討論的內容原則上應與攝影有關，不討論無關話題（包括但不限於政治、宗教等）。
(2) BCPA是正式註冊的510(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization, 采用實名制，會員必須使用真名（可以在微信中設置BCPA群專用的alias，並不影響在其他群中繼續使用你的虛擬名稱）。這樣有利於大家增加互信建立友誼，也便於見面時相互稱謂。
(3) BCPA非常歡迎會員介紹新會員入會，具體操作請按『新會員入會步驟』進行。會員不得在沒有經過會員登記，繳費等手續前，私自加他人入群。
(4) BCPA群人氣旺盛，會員彼此熟悉，歡迎適度玩笑。但不能過度，同時也要考慮其他會員的感受，非禮勿言。如果不能確定是否適度，以不說為宜，以保證群的健康和諧長治久安。嚴禁低俗侮辱性玩笑。
(5) 歡迎會員推薦轉發優秀有價值的關於攝影的文章，但嚴禁在群裏發放廣告或廣告性質的介紹。如有人希望發放非盈利的、公益性或慈善廣告或通知，請先同現任會長聯系。由會長審核批準後統一發出。
(6) 考慮到我們BCPA成員隊伍不斷擴大，談論內容更加豐富，為給大家提供方便，也便於管理，我們會不時設立短期的或長期的下屬小群來討論一些具體內容。 BCPA的分群具體由BCPA統一命名，並指定群主負責管理與協調。這些小群群主為BCPA骨幹分子。群主有責任嚴格控制群的功能為小群功能。小群群主有 責任維護BCPA大群的健康發展。
(7) 在BCPA群放片一人一天盡量不超過9張, 這樣有利於大家慢慢欣賞和點評。嚴禁發放違法或違規的照片，嚴禁發放在危險狀態下（比如：開車時）拍攝的照片，嚴禁發放在違法違規狀態下（比如：進入 不許進入的區域拍照）拍攝的照片。
(8) BCPA每月至少安排活動一次。外拍或者讲座，活動通知發在协会网站和微信上。
(9) 違規者將被私下或公開提醒。如仍然不能遵守這個條款，可以選擇自己離群，或經過會長提議，常委討論後被建議離群。

我們鼓勵會員經由我們網站的鏈接通過PayPal繳付。Paypal付款要求付款者有自己的Paypal帳戶。付款時只要用BCPA的郵箱就可以（bc*********@***il.com). 我們也接受現金、支票和銀行轉賬。BCPA有BankOfAmerica帳戶。在BOA有帳戶的會員只要用BCPA的email就可以免費轉給BCPA (請務必在註釋區加入你的郵箱和名字）。
